I work with adolescents and young adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing individual counseling, mostly using cognitive behavioral techniques. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I help patients learn and apply coping skills that enable them to be more in control of their thoughts and actions, which will alleviate their mental and emotional pain.
Sessions are normally 45 minutes long and can be scheduled weekly.
